Qualification

Graduate or postgraduate or MBA finance and marketing or similar function(s) from a reputed institute

Role Description

  • The incumbent will be responsible for calling up prospects and arranging meetings with CFOs and MDs of leading SMEs, MSMEs.
  • The incumbent will be involved in pitching relevant FX consulting, FX as a profit centre services to prospective clients.
  • The incumbent would join in sales meetings post experience with the existing sales team.
  • All candidates will get extensive training on FX Hedging techniques, Trade Finance, Presentation & Meeting skills, Technical analysis, Advanced Option techniques etc.

Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required

  • Candidate having 0 to 4 years’ experience in sales (inside sales) of any financial products (mutual funds, insurance, equity, etc.)
  • Candidate having 0 to 4 years’ experience in sales (inside sales) of any financial products (mutual funds, insurance, equity, etc.)
  • Candidate should be confident and proactive in setting up corporate meetings (through cold calls or references) with CFOs and MDs of leading companies and HNI prospects.

Role Description

  • Developing a forum for CFOs and MDs (organizing the event end to end) (Guest Invites, Sponsorship, Coordination) and taking it international. Advising on the speaker panellist and coordinating for it.
  • Developing the strategy and managing the execution of all media engagement like conducting media rounds, coordinating with editors for important data inputs etc.
  • Will run an independent P&L with respect to the events mentioned and will be solely responsible and accountable for the same
  • Developing WSA events - regular training sessions for corporate treasuries in association with top B schools.
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with HNI clients
  • Coordinating with Digital marketing agencies and research for maintaining an innovative digital strategy of the firm (Social Media, Mailers etc).

Experience/ Eligibility & Skill Set Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Proven ability to develop, continuously innovate and lead the implementation of communications plans for the future.
  • Excellent written and oral communication. The incumbent should be presentable and must have high confidence in meeting and delivering presentations to senior finance directors from the industry for invites.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry

  • The incumbent would join in sales meetings post experience with the existing sales team.
  • All candidates will get extensive training on FX techniques, Trade Finance, Presentation & Meeting skills, Technical analysis, Fundamental analysis, Advanced Option techniques etc.

Post-one-year candidates will be working independently on advising and acquiring clients for consulting services, provided he has learnt the subject matter thoroughly.

Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required

  • Candidate should be confident and proactive in setting up corporate meetings (through cold calls or references) with CFOs and MDs of leading companies, HNI clients. Use of email marketing and social media techniques.
  • Candidate should have an excellent MS Office skill and a passion for sales.
  • Candidate should be well conversant with financial terms and are expected to know terms on finance.
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of corporate finance, security analysis, options, forwards, futures etc.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated to make active sales calls and fix meetings.
